For this week’s challenge at CCEE , we were supposed to create a project showcasing cat, in any color.
I wanted to involve a fun technique when using the cat as my focal point. So, I went with the wiper card idea. The good thing is that it folds flat to fit in a standard 5×7 envelope.
The story of my card revolves around a sleepy birthday cat, whose friends are here to wish her with one of her partner just popping out through the wiper. To add some accents, I have used two bees on the side of the card.
I have used the Picnic Pals stamp set for critters’ and stamped them using archival ink. I colored them using Faber Castell pencils. for the card, I used distress inks in mowed lawn and salty ocean.
I hope you like my project.
